If this is your first time contacting me, either phone me and leave a time and date that would be convenient to talk about my service, or send me an email with your concerns, expectations, whatever and  we'll get started that way.  I look forward to working with you!

Continuing coaching sessions

Continuing coaching sessions can be conducted in several ways.
 

Any appointment changes must be arranged in advance. Scheduled sessions not cancelled with 48 hours notice will be fully charged for. If you purchased a series, missed sessions will count as one of the series.
 

In Person.

I have offices in Montclair Village, Oakland, and in Concord, CA. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes. Fees may be paid  here before the session, or at the time of the session. You may pay by cash, check, debit card, Visa or Mastercard. A discount is available if you prepay for a series of 4, 8 or 12 sessions. Please contact me to discuss other payment options.
 

By Phone. 

You'll be given a confidential phone number to call at the scheduled time. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes, and may be prepaid here, or paid via credit/debit card at the beginning of the session. Longer sessions are available by arrangement. Call me to discuss how this can best work for you. A discount is available for prepayment packages of 4, 8 or 12 phone sessions.
 

Via Email

If email (josie@psycoach.com) is the best option for you, limit your emails to approximately 1000-1500 words. You'll receive an email reply within 2 business days. Single email sessions must be paid in advance here or you can take advantage of the discounted series option. May be used in combination with in-person or phone sessions.
